You get what you pay for. This is one of the pricier items I’ve ever purchased on Amazon; but it seems well constructed. If it came with a deluxe option lined with aromatic cedar I would have paid for that too. I’ve got some cedar; I’ll trying doing that myself. As far as I can tell at this point it’s heirloom quality. It meets my design goals of serving in a guest bedroom as extra storage, a coffee table and maybe even a bench seat. No complaints. My taste runs to black but I got the royal blue for decor design reasons. I’m not disappointed.
